Hello I'm Saffat Aziz, a self-taught software developer. My programming journey began 6 years ago, after being introduced to python through a first year university course. Since then, I have explored alot in the realm of computer science to equip myself with as much as knowledge and experience as possible that will set me up for success in the tech industry. My portfolio includes numerous projects that I worked on over the years, both individually and as part of a team. After graudating from the university of Ottawa with a degree in Computer Engineering and Business management, I joined Pointer Creative Inc as a Fullstack developer in the systems integration team where I conduct data migration and app development projects for shopify merchants. Alongside my fulltime job, I have been working towards getting my AWS Cloud Solutions Architect (CSA-02) certification. My long term goal is to work my way up to become a principal software engineer for the cloud.
